<p>M3 Architectural Consulting, Inc. strives to stimulate urban development by producing innovative design solutions to real estate development issues.</p>
<h3>Company</h3>
<p>Since 1998, M3 Architectural Consulting, Inc. has provided one-stop architectural services to builders, developers, homeowners and real estate entrepreneurs. Our staff offers clients valuable consultative expertise, strategic planning and an intimate knowledge of DCAP zoning and building code guidelines.</p>
<p>At the forefront of M3, is our commitment to superior customer relationship management. We believe that each project brings its own set of unique characteristics and it is our commitment to provide a comfortable climate for staff and client to interact. Our goal is to listen, to understand your objectives and present solutions that exceed your expectations.</p>
<p>While many firms outsource the critical process of permit expediting, M3 employs a full time staff dedicated to providing customers with front line representation at City Hall. The knowledge and expertise of the division (M3e) has earned the respect of project managers and administrators at DCAP and Developmental Services and the trust of many builders, developers and real estate professionals.</p>

<p>The kickoff meeting sets the stage for a successful experience at the outset of the process. It is here that Client and Architect assemble the elements and lay the foundation for the task ahead. With professionals skilled in the areas of space planning, materials management, engineering and design, we pride ourselves on rendering valuable advice relevant to the pre-construction process.</p>

<p>With a team dedicated to providing on-site representation for our client's projects, this service ensures we will deliver approved plans quickly to our customer base. Our expertise within DCAP and Developmental Services is second to none and utilized by many builders, developers and architectural firms in Chicago.</p>
